Ah nut and her make excuse to the washroom...
but actually to get the cake out...
then the manager came near to our table and told her subordinate:

"she said she left a CAKE here... go check it for her..."

when the manager realised her mistake,
she went over to Ziting san and apologised... haha...
and we got free chocolate waffle and red bean waffle!!!

5 more days!!!

yeah!!! 5 more days!!!

Evelyn was a bit random this evening when

we were checking the invoices...

she asked me if i'm happy working there...

i told her there's not much feeling...

cos it's my responsibilty to obey what the school had given me...

but overall, it's a good experience...

especially when you get to know how different people

react when they meet the same situation... hee...

today's Sally's last day...

didn't managed to get her pic...

cos she was asked out by the FC for discussion...

but i left her a card...

till now nobody knows if she's staying or leaving...

(you know, this kinda thing changes very fast...)

neither do i have her numbers...

so.... i have to wait till monday before i know the final decision... mm...

trying to start the fire! call us stupid pls...

only 1 red charcoal...

ytd's BBQ can be considered a success...

and it's no longer a class BBQ...

yes! i've changed my blogskin...

because this background is green,

and the font colour of previous skin was also green,

i'm too lazy to change them...

thus, font colour of white were used on posts that was posted from ytd onwards... hee...

will be going for the sceond BBQ this week...

BUT!

our bbq pit is very very near the crime scene of the dead bodies...

i've told momo, jieyi and shir...

they were equally shocked!

mo can't take it...

think her heart can't take the blow... mm...

pls be careful!

why so many people?!

they were there because the police were searching something...

this is the Divers Reound Team...

dead bodies...

police were still searching...

divers tried very hard to find the bodies...

diver came up to take a rest beofre continuing...

Pls be careful when you go to seasisde, beaches whatsoever...

and pls heed the advice given on the signboards...

2 indian boys went missing in Pasir Ris Park

after 1 of them shouted for help in the sea 4pm ytd...

the police together with several divers arrived and started the search...

and it has been over 28 hours before they found the bodies...

(not sure if it was 1 or both bodies)

we were there this evening during bbq-ing

that we saw the process of the search...

there were a lot of people crowding by the beach...

no one dares to step into the sand...

family members were crying...

Rituals were performed in hope of 'calling the souls' back...

during the short breaks of the rituals,

the whole scene was quiet...

it's unlike the noisy and bubbly laughters that you

can hear from the bbq-ers

the rituals were not done in vain...

at around 8pm, the rubber boat came back onto shore

and flashlights lightened the dark environment...

the bodies(body) were/was found!!!

though i couldn't see properly from far and it was dark,

i can make out the body (skin colour)

what followed were the loud cries from the mothers...

the atmosphere was so solemn and sad...

Peipei and i had actually stood near the beach

in the early evening for nearly 1.5 to 2 hours

in hope of seeing how the divers bring back the bodies...

this kind of accident had already happened

so many times...

people, pls do not swim in the sea!!!

boss

the truth:

stress
you may see us loitering around the streets
as poor as a church mouse

misconception when they know you're from Finance:

smart
good pay
office job (can shake leg)
can see a lot of money
proud (some people might think it this way)

the truth:

deals with a lot admin work
sees alot of data (till cross-eye)
rush work like mad
we hardly see cash (only the numbers and digits only)
not as glamourous as what people had thought it to be
