after Podiatry
After Podiatry
I'm back from the Podiatry.
Found out something which i can't believe.
the doctor told me i have a longer leg than the other.
which is, my left leg is longer than my right...
the difference is 5mm...
it seems to be a small number, but it had caused the bone from my calf to my foot to skewed to the right.
I had custom-made my in-soles.
it's very expensive. $130.
And my total fees for today is $149.50.
it's actual fees was $252.38.
All thanks to the susidies by the government.
still feeling pain now. i've given the pain a 7 as a grade.
i also have to do stretching every day...
it's to strengthen my calf and i guess it's also good for my bone.
*cry*
i am so helpless now.
