nearly cheated!!

nearly cheated!!

mummy woke me up very violently this morn...

and handed me a call...

i don't know what happen in the first place...

and the caller on the other line said :

"Mdm ****** had been chosen from our lucky draw. there are 4 prizes and she had confirm to win at least 1 of the prizes."

"ok."

"erm... does your mum have a credit card? not the debit card."

"no."(but actually she has.)

"oh! what about your dad?"

"also no. my whole family don't like to go on credit."

(i don't know why i came up with this knid of lousy excuse)

"oh..."

"may I know when did my mum fill up this lucky draw coupon?"

"6 months ago."

"6 months ago? so long?!"

"ya... cos we have to accumulate the coupons."

"your mum is ***** and her Ic no is S*******Z, right?"

"Z???"(mum's not a Z.)

"erm... may i know what language is this coupon in? chinese? english?"

"it's in english. and your mum wrote she's a housewife."

"uh-huh, she is. but my mum don't understand english!!! she can't possibly be filling in. and she WON'T ask for help in filling in form!!!."

"oh... but you must have a credit card in order to claim these prizes."

"????"

"well, i guess we have to forgo this idea. it's ok that we don't 'claim' these prizes."

(sound disappointed)"oh... okie... but really nobody in your family has a credit card arh?"

"NO!!!"

"ok then, if you have you can call us back."

i can tell you firmly, it's a cheat! cos my mum didn't even fill in any lucky draw coupon this year. i'm the one who's filling in all these...

it's impossible!
