recieved updates about meiling from herself...
she's complaining to me about a customer...
she was so angry with her that she cried...
i was also in the service industry early this year...
and my interaction with customers was the most frequent of all...
i've come across all sorts of people...
and have even witnessed a 'theft'...
one of the customers, took the whole bag of plastic bags (those small ones which i'll always use for packing) from my counter...
thinking that i'll not notice...
but too bad! i'm fast enough to notice it...
and confronted her...
she's around 30 years old...
first, i spoke in a rather gentle voice...
but later on, she raised her voice...
and of cos i raised my voice too...
thank God, my partner saw what happened and helped me with it...
that lady was so angry with the both of us that she stomped off...
wahahahaha! my partner and i then slapped a 'hi 5!' haha...
what i find is that customers should think of their behavior before they judge how the staff should attend to them...
