abuse

i suspect there's a animal abuse case near my house...
there's always bitter howlings from the dogs from one of the units...
and my sis has seen one man caning the dogs...

the howlings was back again just now...
if this carry on, think i'll make a report to SPCA...
hai...
don't bring pets home just because they're cute...
it comes with lots of responsibilities behind it...
